Not professional. Make many appointments to charge to the insurance before you can see the dentist. 1 days for consultation, another day for X-rays then 3 appointment you can see the dentist and long waiting time like 2 to 3 hours

I had oral surgery on January 12, 2019 and on January 16th I had fibrinous tissue accumulation with pain and bad smell at the surgical site, I called and Spoke with JULIE to schedule an appt after work and scheduled that appt at 18:30 pm, it was a rainy day so I called her that I was on my way and that I was 10 minutes away from the dental clinic. At that time was 18:50, Julie was very RUDE, DESPOT and CARELESS. Julie told me that the doctor couldn't see me anymore. I requested to talk to her supervisor and she kept me on hold for 15 min, then I hanged up and called again, she answered again and I requested to speak with her supervisor and she kept me on hold for 34 minutes. I am not sure if I would recommend anyone to that place. I ended up going to the emergency room. Clericals like her needs to know the importance for post surgery complication and the importance to accommodate patients or at least transfer the call to direct dental providers or experienced personnel rather to make decisions on her own and say NO we couldn't see you ..........
