Had an appointment with the Phys. Asst., Kimberly. Waited for well over an hour in the waiting room, then well over an hour in the exam room. No one showed up so I walked out!! Only then did they notice me, but I left anyway. Why do they think their time is so valuable and your's isn't?!

Dr. Robinson spent so much time with us to make sure we understood everything. His staff, especiall his MA, Nicole, is amazing and Kimberly the PA is really attentive as well.

Dr. Robinson is a great surgeon. He operated on my back in 2005 and my surgery left me virtually pain free for quite awhile. I recently went to him because I was having, according to him, an unrelated problem. I do believe in him but his insurance policy does not follow the requirements put forth by his contract with Cigna. I had an appointment with him a few weeks ago and I have a flexible spending account which had not been touched prior to my visit. His billing clerk refused to honor the fact that my HRA flexible spending account had hundreds of dollars in it. I had to write a check for $158.00 because I was told that I had not met my deductible so they had to collect the money. Guess what I am now waiting, they demanded their money immediately, for a refund check that they agree they owe. They should not have taken any money from me. Cigna said that they were in violation of their contract with Cigna. They will ignore you and "cheat" you. So just beware they do not follow the rules.

I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. They were surprisingly cold, abrasive, and unwelcoming. I couldn't believe how unfriendly they were to me. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.
