They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Dr Henner is a wonderful doctor, patient and kind.

Dr Henner is one of my favorite doctors. He is soft spoken,kind and gives the best shots without pain that I have ever experienced. He has a fantastic staff as well. I highly recommend this doctor-have been going to him for many years.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
