The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Dr. Lee Pack was in and out in 5 mins. Told me he didn't believe in my disease. When I've had it for over 7 years and I am in a ton of pain daily- which he just ignored. Tried to put me on meds I didn't need bc I've been dealing with this for a long time now. Tried to put me on anti depressants when I'm nowhere near depressed. I tried to switch to Dr Bodlak who is in the same office and my fiancé and a few friends go to and they love but Lee Pack wouldn't allow it! His poor ego has left me where I'm unable to see the dr that I've been told can & will help me. He's what they call in medicine a doc in a box. Just in it for the money not the patients who actually need help. GO TO DR. BODLAK! At least he cares about his patients! Lee Pack you're a sorry excuse for a doctor.

This doctor is a horrible Doctor. i would not recommend him to any one. he is not for you (meaning) he does not have your best interest at heart. This docytor assumes he knows everything .he told me I had a fracture that would take 6 weeks to heal ,he never considered my postion on my job of 20yrs, my job required long hours of sitting which is why i visti him in the first place, he wrote me a note to return to work with no medication for pain and no consideration for what I do. When I got home I knew that i needed to take the time off of work to heal. I then applied for medical leave on my job and advised my doctor that I qualified for the 6 weeks of leave. I took his nurse 5 days to call me back and to tell me that there was no fracture and no disabilty . /this doctor stopped taking care of me and my problems. He did nothing else to resolve my medical condition. He referred me the ER for futher assitance and a Dr note to return to work .He would not dig any deeper into my concerns at all. He lacked care and understanding. it took the ER to tell me of a possible Sciatic nerve condtion. This doctor did not care about me , my job, my family who needs and depend on me, I got nothin. i am hurt and disappointed over the lack of concern he should me.

The office is clean and the nurses are pleasant and accommodating. They do keep appointments and a good schedule but that might be due to the fact Leepack spends all of 5 minutes in a room with you. Unfortunately the front desk staff is not very helpful. They will hold personal conversations while completely ignoring you or not even recognizing the fact that you are standing directly in front of them waiting to pay and leave.

My overall assessment of Dr. Leepack is he is a kind person with a flawed motive. I unfortunately see drug reps as much as i see patients come in and out. And, from what i have heard from others as well as my experience is that he is a pill pusher. Sick, sad, ill, pregnant... there's a pill for that.

He is a nice guy, but not the doctor I would have expected.
