I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Doctor Williams repaired a badly damaged group of muscles and tendons, including the rotator cuff, in my left shoulder. He accomplished arthoscopically what most doctors would do with a large incision, minimizing healing time and post-surgical pain. I follwed his recuperative instructions to the letter, had moderate physical therapy and am now good to go - full range of motion and no pain. R. Krause, Port St. Joe, FL

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. There was no offending odors in the office. I love that Dr. Williams is always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
