I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

My first visit began with the office personnel. They are a super bunch. When I was called to the back and placed in a room, an extremely nice and courteous gentleman went through a series of fact finding questions before he carried me for x-rays, No hurry-up and get you out, but however much time it took to find the problem. Finally, Dr. Williams came in and his demeanor put me completely at ease. He pointed out the cause of the pain which was numerous tears in my right rotator cuff. He discussed with me the options. I elected to have surgery and was amazed at the results, including the minimal scarring which disappeared in a relativelyshort time. Now my shoulder feels great. Bay County is blessed to have a man of his character and expertise and to have such an accomodating staff is simply a plus.
