They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
