Have never met the doctor and have been there twice, the office staff is rude and hostile and treats you like trash, we are there for medical reasons not for fun they need to change their methods of treating people, we are just human beings.

Waiting for appointment was a long wait doesn't seem to be any organization I checked in as soon as I got there had two people in front of me and waited an hour had 5 people come in after me and they were taken back before me. I finally went to window and was told I was next. I have seen others have the same problem on other appointments I have had. Guess if you sit quietly they will continue to let you sit. I suggest when you get checked in take note of how many people are ahead of you and start watching the door for who show up after you because no telling how long I could have set there had I not said anything.

I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I can say with absolute certainty that I will never be giving them a recommendation. This care provider was in Orange county before. He tried unnecessary dental treatments to make extra money. He is only interested in making big $$. He said I have overbite. when the xray did not show this, he made me do another xray by pushing my lower jaw back to the point that it was painful. I was 14 at the time. Now I realize that was a ploy to show I had an overbite through an xray when I really did not.

All 3 of my kids got braces from dr. mendivil. One still has them. He is so friendly and gentle, they don't even mind going that much. They took my insurance, so I hardly had to pay anything. Lucky they let me split up my part into payments. I only wish they had appointments on the weekends, so we didn't have to miss school.

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. My son was non compliant but the guy who decided the charge was not even helping us he just butted in and the girl that was helping us made a face like do not listen to him...then when he seen us in the parking lot again told me about the fees he was not professional at all but over all I kept takng my kids there....
