Dr. Mendivil graduated with honors from Creighton University Dental School in 1981 and completed his orthodontic residency at U.C. San Fransisco Medical Center in 1983. Over the years he has served as an orthodontic consultant for the California Central Health Plan and the California Central Advisory Committee.

Dr. Mendivil has been practicing in Southern California for over 27 years.

Dr. Mendivil also owns and operates Santa Fe Orthodontics in Northern San Diego.

Have never met the doctor and have been there twice, the office staff is rude and hostile and treats you like trash, we are there for medical reasons not for fun they need to change their methods of treating people, we are just human beings.

Waiting for appointment was a long wait doesn't seem to be any organization I checked in as soon as I got there had two people in front of me and waited an hour had 5 people come in after me and they were taken back before me. I finally went to window and was told I was next. I have seen others have the same problem on other appointments I have had. Guess if you sit quietly they will continue to let you sit. I suggest when you get checked in take note of how many people are ahead of you and start watching the door for who show up after you because no telling how long I could have set there had I not said anything.
