My first initial appointment to see the Dr. seemed fine, but the secretaries appear disorganized and completely out of flow with what they were supposed to be doing. My wait for the first apt was over an hour. However when I came in for my followup apt it was only a few minutes. I went in to follow up on labwork where I discovered I had high chloesterol. I felt her help was very vague in the matter along the lines of dietary restrictions, I've always been in good health and never had a need for anything special dietary wise so this was new ground for me and it would of been nice to have a doctor who could break it down for me in other ways than saying it's fat. So I had to do the research all on my own. A few weeks later I needed to be seen because I was sick. I called during normal business hours and it went to voicemail, I left one and never got a return call back. I was very specific letting them be aware that I am 7 months pregnant had diarrhea,a fever and my abdomen was broken out in a huge rash all weekend. I felt that with my situation a return call would definately be warranted. Over 24 hours later... nothing. Thank goodness I had a secondary doctor, however an hour away. I called them, got a real person not voicemail and they fit me in that day, which is what I was hoping for with Dr. Cancino. I can't say that I blame her, I blame more so the staff for not following up with the job duties and answering patient voicemails left during their regular business hours. Needless to say, I think I'll stick with my other Doctor and the hour drive to get to him compared to the 10 min drive to Dr. Cancino, but from my experience it's better to go to an office where the staff has it together and secretaries pick up the phone instead of allow it to drop into voicemail.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you feel safe in this provider's care?
Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

No, they didn't wear any cologne
