I have been with this doctor for a little over a year and have found it very difficult to get an appointment. At times, it has been so difficult that I give up instead choosing to deal with whatever problem I am having myself. Unfortunately, I can't keep doing this and will either need to switch doctors or I will have to spend an entire day trying to get an appointment which ends up being 3 days out. I believe it is difficult getting an appointment because she spends quite a bit of time with each patient. When I have gotten an appointment, I have to plan to at least 2 hours out of my day to go because she is usually running late. She is a good doctor but she needs a better system.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Dr. Mackey took alot of time with me for a routine physical. She has an excellent bedside manner. I just moved here from AZ and am so glad to have found such a great Dr. Keep up the good work Dr. Mackey and thank you for your time!

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
