They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Dr. Carta always takes the time to make me feel as if I'm her main concern even though I know I'm one of many patients she is seeing in the day. She is the most caring and thorough physician I have ever had in my 72 years. I feel fortunate that Dr. Carta is there for me and my extended family.
