They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. I've never had to worry about them canceling my appointment. They've always been very reliable. Dr. Philips is a skilled, caring psychiatrist. He has been very helpful to me, provided appropriate follow up, and I feel better after having been treated by him. Definately recommend.

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they had a thorough understanding

Dr Phillips is one of the most polite, respectful people I've ever met. Whenever I call him for routine matters, he can take a while to get back to me. He needs to work on that. But any time there is an emergency, he is very quick to get in touch. I was confident that he was using the latest treatment methods. He always dresses professionally, and maintains a very professional appearance. He is very kind. I first came to see him 20 years ago, and after 3-4 years, we were able to keep my condition in check. I have only had to go back once every 5 years or so to keep in touch.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I always look forward to my appointments because they take that extra step to make me feel special and respected. They really make an effort to get to know all their clients and don't just treat them like a number. They've always been on time for my appointments. I've never had to worry about them showing up late or not showing up at all.

I really liked that Dr. Phillips seems interested in me. He took the time to explain my treatment's risks and benefits clearly. He is completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately. His times can be flexible when I've needed help. He has never turned me away when I've needed him. He wears no cologne.
