They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. I've never had to worry about them canceling my appointment. They've always been very reliable. Dr. Philips is a skilled, caring psychiatrist. He has been very helpful to me, provided appropriate follow up, and I feel better after having been treated by him. Definately recommend.

Dr Phillips is one of the most polite, respectful people I've ever met. Whenever I call him for routine matters, he can take a while to get back to me. He needs to work on that. But any time there is an emergency, he is very quick to get in touch. I was confident that he was using the latest treatment methods. He always dresses professionally, and maintains a very professional appearance. He is very kind. I first came to see him 20 years ago, and after 3-4 years, we were able to keep my condition in check. I have only had to go back once every 5 years or so to keep in touch.
