This office has done a lot for me. I've referred friends here and heard the same thing from them. Friendly staff and caring doctors. They make you feel like you matter. That's important to me. I would recommend Dr. House or the doctors in his office to anyone looking for help.

Dr. Matt House used to be a great doctor with very helpful staff. I've been a patient for many years and lately the experience has been terrible. I went to my last appointment like normal and was told to come back in 6 months. I was supposed to ger refills for the 6 months, but I only got 3 months. The prescription was sent electronicly and I didn't notice until I was out of pills. It was Friday and they will not do refills with you going in to the office. I knew I was going to be stuck going through withdrawals though the weekend. I sent an email, their preferred form of communication letting them know of my situation. I didn't get a return call until 3pm on Monday with an offer of an appointment Tuesday. There was no concern that I was going through withdrawals from a prescription you are not supposed to stop. I made the appointment, but called back an hour later to beg for a refill. I did get a refill and cancelled my appointment. I was charged for a missed appointment. Then I called back to move my appointment forward since I still didn't have pills for the 6 months. I waited on hold for an hour and got hung up on 4 times just to get an appointment time changed. The front office staff is the worst ever. Find another doctor.

so this is my story..I have been a patient of Dr. Matthew house for eight years. I have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and have been taking medication for about 7 years. I recently decided I was ready to come off of it..best decision I ever made. I visited with my doctor for about 5min and told him my decision, I left and that was that (no discussion about any withdraw symptoms). About a week after I started having severe withdraw symptoms ( I only know they are withdraw symptoms from looking it up online) I desperately tried to get a hold of my doctor. I called and asked to speak to my doctor or to leave a message and was told I could not and would need to come in to discuss withdraw symptoms ( the next apt was a week away). I told them I was not okay and needed at least a phone call because I was at a VERY low point...I was in tears on the phone. I eventually hung up, as I was getting nowhere....I received no call back...a day later I decided to call again..I left a message stating I needed to speak to the doctor I received a call back from the receptionist about my refill request?? I have no idea how they got that from my message, regardless I attempted to call back yet AGAIN...as I could get a hold of no one (during business hours) I decided to call the emergency number...only to find it is disconnected....I left one more message and have yet to hear back...So that is my story...luckily I have been able to find information about dealing with symptoms and am doing much better....I am writing this not because I am just mad but because I am EXTREMLY concerned for ANY patients under this doctors care...Had I reached a point where I was having suicidal thoughts or other negative thoughts I would not get any care from them and I am thankful that that did not happen...I am afraid to think of what would happen if it did.....I am very afraid that someone is going to get hurt due to the treatment or lack of....and what scares me the most is that this man treats children....that scares me very much...I highly recommend NO ONE put their mental health or the mental health of their child in this mans care...

They've always been on time for my appointments. I've never had to worry about them showing up late or not showing up at all. It wasn’t difficult to get an appointment with them at all. It was nice to be able to get in right away. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. During my consultation, they were very helpful and attentive the entire time. I felt very cared for.
