Dr. Ziyar is the best psychiatrist in Fresno area, he helped me with treating my father, He was compassionate, very professional and thorough in his assessment. I like his attitude was positive. I would say he is the top psychiatrist.
I am a medical student myself.
I will recommend Dr. Ziyar highly.
