Dr Falconio has been my doctor since the 70's. She is amazing. She treats me and other patients I have spoken to, as if we were the only patient in the office. Not like some doctors that have a hand on the doorknob to let you know they gave you a drive-by check and are on to the next . Or they tell you, "You came in for this one issue and if you have something else to discuss, make another appt". Dr. Falconio reads my records from my other physicians (specialist) and discusses my medical situation with me. She always asks me if I have any questions. She listens. One time I was out of state and another doctor prescribed medication. I had my records sent to Dr Falconio. She called me and asked how that medicine was working. I replied it is odd that she asked as my throat was scratchy and I was having a weird reaction. Since I had a history of anaphylactic reactions, she told me that medication prescribed may trigger my symptoms. She was right. I asked how she knew i was taking the medication. She said, because she reads my records (the one from the out of state doctor as well)
A huge life saving blessing thanks to her was that she found what turned out to be thyroid cancer. I was asymptomatic. She found this with a routine physical. I had immediate surgery, I'm cancer free because she saved my life. !!! Her expertise as a physician has been consistently the best. I come from a family of doctors and I do know, Dr Falconio is exceptional.

If you want a doctor that runs their practice like a business, this is the doctor for you. It is INCREDIBLY difficult to get appointments with Dr. Falconio and if you do, there is still a possibility that when you go in, they will push you off to one of the physician assistants or FNPs. With that being said, the office itself as a practice is never thorough in assessing your problems, scheduling follow-ups, or even running tests. The medical staff aren't ever available to speak on the phone or even answer questions through their online website (which they insist on using even though its down quite often). The staff is rude and doesn't care about your health, just about making a quick buck in their practice of "medicine". I can better diagnose myself than these people, and I would therefore suggest that you find someone with a better expertise than that. Cheers.
