I have been with this practice for 49 years and I agree with the majority, it's rapidly declining. It would never have happened during Dr Carl Bengs or Dr Chirs Bengs. The front office is normally unhelpful, lacks communication skills and medical knowledge. Do they ever read their horrible reviews? Pain, infections, fever gets scheduled out 3 weeks. Why? Now, I just go to Urgent Care or ER. Sorry to waste their precious resources, but the care is thorough. That is what's missing with Dr. Wong's office. Testing and follow thru is at it's peak of incompetence. I read in their reviews that a patient died from this lack of thoroughness. This is just sad!! I like my doctor and I, too, dread going in.
