I have been a patient of Dr. Lindae for years. I have spent the past few minutes reading reviews posted. There are more positive reviews than negative. Dr. Lindae has helped me through numerous surgeries, most involving my face. She has earned my trust and I would not like to think I had to find another physician in Fresno. She has the best staff and has always addressed any concerns I have.

I see various reviews concerning wait time. First of all no patient has a clue as to what might be the cause of the wait. She has talked with me, reassured me, cried with me, and sent me out the door with all the info I need and with the confidence that results will be just as she has explained. She and her staff have been very helpful during the times I was having several surgeries on my face, arms and hand. I have walked in scared and walked out with all the confidence I needed to face what was ahead.

Those of you who complain about the wait should examine the reasons why you are seeing the Dr. and have some compassion for the person who
may be needing much support. If you need to see any Dr. , bringing small children to the appt. is cheating you of the time you need to take care of your health. Find a sitter.

If waiting is a problem, reschedule to a time that allows you to have the time and concern that the Dr. is giving to you and to others. Take a deep breath and chill.Keep calm and carry on.

Speak kindly of my physician and find something to do that keeps you from being angry. Try knitting.

This Doc is the GREATEST, I have Merkel Cell Carcinoma and this Doc is very well versed on this dreaded rare skin cancer!

I waited 2 hours to be seen. That was very annoying. Once the doctor came in she took the time to explain my condition in detail and made sure I understood my treatment options. She seemed very knowledgeable and shared the data from scientific research to back up her recommendations. I very much appreciated the time she took to explain everything, but wish the scheduling was more respectful of patient's time.

I had a 9:15 appt. and showed up at 9:10. Waited until 9:50 in the waiting room. Went to the exam room and was told it would be 'a couple minutes'. Waited until 10:15 and stepped out to ask an assistant how much longer it would be and was told she was finishing up with the patient ahead of me. Waited until 10:30 then walked back to the receptionist and told her I was leaving and to refund my co-pay. Had a similar experience with Dr. Lindae a couple of years ago when I had to wait 90 minutes to be seen, so it appears this is common treatment to her patients (aka paying customers). Needless to say, I will not be going back.

The wait time was too long and the staff too busy to care. 1.5 hours for my appt and this has happened before. My time is as valuable as the physician.
