I went to visit Dr. Lindae in March 2011. I had a 9:00am appointment. I showed up at 8:45 with all of my paperwork complete. I had 3 of my young kids with me. I waited in the waiting room until 10:00 with my 3 young kids and nothing to do. The waiting room was PACKED!! A young man, who had been there when I walked in, went up to talk to the receptionist. I THOUGHT I heard the man say that he had had an 8:30 appointment and ask when he would be seen. I THOUGHT I heard the receptionist say another hour, or so!!! What?!! I must have heard incorrectly. I then went up to the receptionist and asked her if she knew how much longer I would be waiting. She looked at charts and then said I had about an hour and 15 minutes left in the waiting room, then I would be moved back to an exam room where I would probably wait another 15-20 minutes before I would actually see the doctor!!! Are you kidding me?! I am sitting here with a baby and 2 other young kids that are getting restless- I have 2 more doctors appointments scheduled for that day and we are supposed to wait 2 and a half hours to see a doctor?! There was no apology, no one seemed to care that I was a busy mom with a busy schedule. I tried to ask the receptionist if I should come back another time, if there was a problem with this day. She was very rude and told me that the doctor is a thorough doctor and any day of the week would I could expect the same thing. I told her I was leaving. They called me a few days later (not to apologize or ask me to reschedule) to confirm my husbands appointment (they won't schedule new patients from the same family on the same day). I asked if my husband (who's appointment was scheduled for 9:00 am) would be home in time for my daughters birthday party at 3:00pm. The receptionist was very short with me and told me she could not predict how much time my husband would have to wait, it's our choice if we choose to come and sit and wait, or not!! Rude, rude, rude. My husband is there this morning, so I can't tell you if his experience is the same or not. I'll have him type up a review when he gets home.
