My appointments have never been with my doctor and I have a lot of questions. I had to make several calls to the office when I was have trouble with my medication and it was during the day time, could not get a hold of anyone but an answering machine and told I would be called back , I wasn't, this happened to me twice. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. The doctor's staff was friendly enough, but the front desk area is not friendly. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back..

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
