Excellent physician!

My appointments have never been with my doctor and I have a lot of questions. I had to make several calls to the office when I was have trouble with my medication and it was during the day time, could not get a hold of anyone but an answering machine and told I would be called back , I wasn't, this happened to me twice. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. The doctor's staff was friendly enough, but the front desk area is not friendly. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back..
