I would like to know who actually reads these reviews. I seriously believe Dr Hart needs to be evaluated, in her treatment and care of patients. Her bedside manner is a bit off, and frankly just rude, abrasive, condescending, and she makes me feel, like i'm stupid, and don't have a clue. I have been with Dr Hart for a while, and it seems more then lately, that she can't see me on time. I waited in her lobby over an hour, and then the tech came out and placed me in a room, and she said Dr Hart will be shortly. I was there for a pap smear. The doctor did not enter the room for another hour, and then told me, she was unable to do my pap smear. Although she checked me, nothing compares to getting that pap smear in a timely fashion, when your scheduled, and not tell me, oh it's too late, and the courier will not come at 4;45 hours. Of course not. I am a 55 year old woman, very spunky, busy, and young at heart. I'm not a bum, I work for the state of Arizona for nearly 17 years, and I pay my dues, like any other harding working tax payer. Today like the time before, my compliant was my neck, and middle back were hurting. Her claim I have never addressed this issue with you. I was like yes last year you did, and I went to therapy. She had me bend over, and big crack let out of my neck. Her response was, that just means your not 16 years old anymore. Recently I fell, hurt my leg and knee, and 2 days later, I was dizzy, and couldn't walk a straight line, and had my significant other take me to the hospital, as she was there when this occurred. Hospital couldn't rule out stroke, but had me see their specialist who stated I had 60% Vestibular damage to my left ear, which caused what was going on. Dr hart had a smirk on her face, as if I was lying to her, or the fact that the specialist said that the result of this was probably an ear infection, something vascular, or an accident. Dr Hart, just had this look of o brother look, like I'm wasting her time, almost as if i'm an annoyance. She so disrespectful, even as I explained my eyes, and my balance were effected by this, which caused me to be on FMLA. Her comment to me , do you plan on going back to work. I said of course, that is the goal here, is to get better, so i can be productive again. She acted as if I didn't want to go to work. I'm just again trying to establish preventive care. I have never been 55, and so I'm not sure what the rules of 55 are, but I guess i don't act like most 55 year olds. She asked me if I was depressed, I stated yes a little bit, because I get a diagnosed with this Vestibular hypofunction, and it's pretty disconcerting, that I'm home trying to adjust to my world of disorientation, and my eyes that can't function. She could care less, nor did she comment about my well being. Yes I'm going to therapy woopie-doo, and all that mattered to her, was, did you get your flu shot, better get one so you don't get the flu. I have never felt so disrespected, and felt like I was being treated, like I was looking for a hand out. She is so cold, and could care less about my concerns. I really don't like going to the doctors, but if i'm not feeling well, please don't make me feel like I'm bothering you, or that i'm faking an illness. FYI, I don't take meds, I'm not mentally unstable, and I think that I'm pretty squared away individual, and I work full time, keeping criminals behind bars, so you can sleep better at night. I'm a bit disappointed in this behavior, and I suppose it's time for me to find a new doctor.

This doctor is terrible. rude, negative and insulting. Doesn't listen at all. I had no complaints, wanted to just establish care and receive preventive care. Instead, I got no prevention assistance and a bill for my past medical history- completely inappropriate billing. I am also a healthcare provider and this is appalling. Avoid going to see this doctor.

Awful, just awful. Dr. Hart is the rudest and most arrogant doctor I've ever met. She interrupts, she talks to you like you're stupid and doesn't seem to care for your concerns. She is no longer my doctor and I will be looking to report her to the med board. She needs to retire, she is not up to date and does not care at all. So sad for a doctor to act this way. Bye, bye Dr. Hart.

I started going to Dr. Hart because she took my insurance and was close to my house. Big mistake, I should of done my research.
I was reading the comments below and found one by an RN who gave Dr. Hart an exceptional review. I would like to point out that I'm a nursing student (getting my BSN-RN) with a degree in public health from the UA. I also used to be a pharmacy technician in a very impoverished area in Tucson for almost two years.
I visited Dr. Hart's office many times before I actually had an appointment with her. Her PA is very nice and most of the nurses I encountered were very pleasant. The girls at the front desk are, eh.
I've been taking a narcotic medication since I was in high school for ADHD. My visit with Dr. Hart was the rudest, most condescending interaction I've ever had with a doctor (or anyone). I know that my medication is highly controlled and I'm subjected to drug tests blah blah blah. However, she made me feel like I was some drug seeking ditz who's an addict or will definitely become one. I understand that she needs to protect herself. She doesn't want the title as an "easy prescriber". I get it. But her rude remarks were extremely unwarranted from an educated and respectable woman like myself. I didn't even feel like discussing other concerns of mine because of the amount of disrespect I felt.
If you want decent customer service from your provider, do not visit Dr. Hart's office. She needs an attitude check and another class on bedside manners. ALL PATIENTS deserve a caring attitude from their provider.

I forced my husband to seek advice from a doctor, chose Dr. Hart and had the worst experience of our lives. We got nothing but a negative and hopeless feeling from her. She was snappy and made my husband feel very uneasy. We got a second opinion from a different doctor and the feedback was the complete opposite...much more helpful and comforting.
