They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. It can get frustrating to wait. However, when she finally sees us she is worth the wait, very charming, thorough, and knowledgeable, and the staff makes every effort to accommodate our schedule.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

AFTER 15 YEARS, I STILL HAVE FOUND NO BETTER WAY TO MAINTAIN OPTIMUM QUALITY AND PARTICIPATION IN MY OWN LIFE THAN I DO WORKING WITH DR. BEYELER. SHE NOT ONLY KNOWS MEDICINE, SHE GETS TO KNOW YOU AS A PERSON, NOT A DISEASE, AND HER INSTINCTS ARE PHENOMENAL. YOU'RE LUCKY TO GET IN WITH HER. LONG LOBBY WAITS ARE THE NORM, SO JUST BRING A BOOK :) SHE IS WORTH THE WAIT. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future BECAUSE OF HOW GOD USES HER COMPASSION AND SKILLS.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Dr Beyeler is world class and she will take superb care of you! She saved my life twice and kept me glued together during some really hard times. If it were not for her I would have been dead years ago.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
