I really appreciated the time and attention Dr. Beyeler gave me during my appointment. I felt as is she was there only for me and the appointment was incredibly thorough. Be aware that Dr. Beyeler seems to be very busy and is ALWAYS running late. I waited over an hour and the staff didn't even come in to tell me she was tied up. Speaking of her staff, I am not happy with them. The receptionist/secretary doesn't seem to have it together and takes forever trying to figure out how to look up my information. Whenever I call with a question a message is taken but no one calls back. I have even stopped in to get my questions answered and you would think that I am bothering the staff and that I don't exist.
