This was my first visit, I waited over three months for the appt and I drove 45 minutes to get there. I tried to get the appt before the end of 2012 since I had already met my deductible, but they would only give me an appointment in January so I ended up paying over $250 out of pocket. I had an early appointment but watched the waiting room fill up and empty out twice before I was ever called back. The treatment was fast and furious. There were 3-4 people working on me at once. I was being injected, cut on and frozen all at the same time. My body was on fire when I walked out of the office. The two areas that she cut out were benign but left horrible scars that look like cigarette burns on my arm and leg and took months to heal. I canceled my follow up appt. I am furious about the scars on my body. They are dime-sized and much more unattractive than the little skin tags that she removed!! I will never go back there again and I will not recommend her to anyone. I have since seen another Dermatologist and she couldn't believe how bad the scarring was and encouraged me to cover the scars with sunscreen every day to keep them from getting worse. I have had previous treatments by other dermatologists that never left a mark. I am planning to go to Birmingham for future treatment. Very dissatisfied with my care.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
