My daughter had a bad fever just hours before her surgery and he was very furious we did not come in (even though he knew she had a fever and this was the first time we had ever cancelled an appointment) he told me angrily on the phone that he has a "no tolerance" policy for medicaid patients. My daughter is disabled and is on medicaid. This is unacceptable for him to have. I have reported this.

The woman that worked the front desk was rude and dismissive of me. She treated me like dirt. I informed Dr. knox and just grunted and dismissed my complaint. Dr. knox fouled-up my paperwork so bad that the insurance company rejected the deviated septum submission and I had to pay for a second office visit so tahat he could retake photos and do a second exam. He wasted months of my time and cost me money that I shpould not have had to spend. I never had the surgery and just went on with my life. i do not know how he and his mean spirited staff can live with themselves.
