This doc is not Board certified and in my case she seemed to be winging it. The Princeton Medical Group had the expertise to diagnose and treat my disorder. Cruz stumbled around.

I love that Dr. Cruz takes the "whole person" into account when diagnosing and prescribing treatment. I recently took my 92 year mom to see Dr. Cruz. At her advanced age, my mom is a complicated patient (cardiac issues, high cholesterol, hypothyroid, osteoporosis, arthritis, depression). Dr. Cruz showed extreme patience and compassion when discussing mom's health issues, but was also direct enough that my mom understood that she needed to make some changes (mostly in her level of activity w/ a slight increase in her anti-depressant) in order to improve the quality of her life. I really appreciate the time Dr. Cruz spent with mom and the way she answered ALL of her questions. It was a long appointment and at no time did we feel rushed or pressured. Dr. Cruz is not only knowledge, but she's warm, too and has a real feel for the people in her care. These qualities are exactly what I look for in a doctor. When you add in the fact that her office staff is outstanding, you have the perfect PCP!

I owe my very life to Dr. Cruz. I had previously been treated by a physician that refused to investigate whether I was a diabetic, despite having all the symptoms. I eventually went into diabetic shock in that same office and was hospitalized. Due to the great knowledge and compassion of Dr. Cruz, I am no longer injecting insulin (5) times per day, and am only taking (1) pill per day instead. This is a most excellent practice wherein every patient is treated like a member of their family!

Dr.Cruz is the rudest lady I have ever met. She never made me feel comfortable, and although I've been going to her for a few years now, she still doesn't know my name. She also can never help me, whenever I come in with a sickness/problem, she just sends me for blood work.
I've been meaning to stop going to her but never had the time or patience to switch to another doctor. But literally every single time I leave her office, I leave upset because she's so unpleasant to be around and honestly, just mean.

Thankfully, their staff is very friendly and professional.. Unfortunately, Dr. Cruz is not. I was hoping that she would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, she made it completely obvious that she didn't care about me. She even raised her voice to me when she didn't understand some of the lab work I provided. Overall, I found her to be rude and unprofessional. I clearly felt that she did not want to treat me. It has been a week since I saw her, and I still think about the awful experience daily.

My sister is still a wreck over her visit with this very uncaring and unprofessional 'doctor'. She had a rash in her feminine area, and was 'treated' (poorly), by Gloria Cruz. Gloria, (no i will not refer to her as Dr.) asked her if she was seeing anyone. My sister told her she that she is indeed seeing somebody and has been with him for 5 months...when Gloria asked her if they have unprotected sex, my sister said yes, and explained that they are in love and plan on being in their relationship long term. Gloria told her 'i think u have herpes...., but that's what you get for having unprotected sex..' WHAT THE HECK KIND OF "DOCTOR" ARE YOU GLORIA ?!?!?!?! SERIOUSLY!!! And it's not like my sister is a child,...she is a 29 yr old woman... When my sister asked how she could find out the results of her lab work, Gloria ignorantly told her to look at the top page of her paperwork.....REALLY??? How much more unproffessional can you get?? Well, ...it turns out that my sister does not have any STDs and it was an allergic reaction to her laundry detergent.....BUT it makes me wonder what Gloria says to patients before they are diagnosed with HIV/aids...oh, i know what she would say: 'Thats what you get...' I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR!!!!!!!!!!
