It was very easy to get an appointment for Dr Cruz's office, which, in retrospect, should have been a warning. A lackadaisical attitude seems to prevail with this provider and I found myself repeating symptons and information several times. Perhaps she's okay for something like a sore throat or a cold , but I would not advise seeing this practitioner for anything else.
