Never, they are very reliable.

This is wondeful doctor. I was scared to death about my heart condition and he took the time to explain everything to me and my wife. He took care of me like I was his family.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The staff is great. Beautiful office. Very comfortable.
