If you get there when there are a lot of people there (a rare event) then you'll miss out on the very few comfy seat and have to sit on cheap plastic seats. The injections lady is really nice, but the appointments lady is often overtly persnickety and may treat you like a grade school child. Dr. Cohen is completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
