Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The only negative thing I have to say is that some of his office staff aren't as friendly as they could be, they can be a little bit rude at times.

While waiting for my appointment I noted that they definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
