Not only did I have to wait 90 min after my appt time to be seen, my appt was w/Dr. Kumar. However, Dr. Kumar refused to even see me that day (although he was available), & w/o any explanation at all. My husband &I saw Dr. Kumar take my chart (my name was on it), review my initial patient paperwork PRIOR TO ME EVEN PROVIDING MY MEDICAL RECORDS, & literally show it to 4-5 other staff members standing around who all pointed & laughed at several different things on the pages. I am under the impression (as is my husband, who was in the room w/me the entire time) that both doctors at Advanced Pain Mgmt are EXTREMELY BIASED AGAINST WOMEN, particularly since multiple derogatory statements were made.

Re: General Ofc, it was filthy dirty - pubes on the bathroom floor & what looked like blood on handicapped bathroom rail. Multiple incidents of staff disclosing specific names, prescriptions, dosages, etc. of different patients when entering consultation room to handle several emergency phone calls.

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

No, multiple people had to stand

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment

This practice has changed my life. If I haven't had help from Dr.Kumar and the staff I would not be where I'm at today. They helped me start medication to help me get sober. I am now at the point where I am weening off my prescription. Every visit which is once per month they help me cut down, not too fast, and not too slow. They are always open to listening to your problems, they are supportive, and actually care about what you have to say. Copay is not too expensive. I have Advanced Pain Management to thank for my sobriety.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The billing mgr was really rude when she called my house. Money is all that counts here. The waits are over 2 hrs. Ridiculous. If you have a problem this doctor does not care. Have been insulted by staff. Left after being a patient for years because life is too short to spend it in their waiting room
