I think they really try to take a holistic approach but I felt a bit rushed with all their questions.

I've been going to this doctor for the last 4 years until recently. The staff is really not the friendliest kind, and the wait is any where from 30-45 minutes. When you see the Dr. Fagan, there's hardly any interaction where the doctor explains to you possible scenarios of symptoms, treatments, etc. - he is so quick to want to leave the room as soon as you tell him how you feel. It's really inorganic and rushed.

Furthermore, I received a bill of payment due, all copayments in the last 4 years. It's not only surprisingly but irritating because the doctor's office does not accept credit cards or have any modernized systematic record of copays since they are all paid in cash. If you do visit this doctor, expect long wait times of 30-45 minutes, very little attention to patient needs, and to keep your receipts of copays for at least 5 years to be safe.
