I have already given them multiple good recommendations to my loved ones. If anyone was in need of a gastroenterologist, I would totally direct them here. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was totally impressed and thankful with how Dr. Fagan has gone beyond the reaches of western medicine to try and find natural and/or holistic medicine to help with my gastroparesis as western medicine is not working enough for my problem. Dr. Fagan and his staff are absolute experts and professional in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They show genuine concern for their patients; The building is handicap-accessible..

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Dr. Fagan is the MOST rudest, unprofessional doctor I have ever had. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I would never visit them again.

this dr. has a 'team' of doctors to take care of you. What this really means is that they all play round robin when it comes to your visit, so that you have to re-explain to every doctor what they should be reading in your medical record. Not so surprising every doctor has their own opinion on your health even when they are presented with the same facts.

I was so impressed by their office equipment. Everything was state-of-the-art and so sophisticated! They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
