Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

No, multiple people had to stand

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Dr. Lamb is an amazingly easy doctor to communicate with and has a wonderful bed side manner.
I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I loved how comfortable their waiting room chairs were. I almost didn't want to leave the waiting room.
