Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

I have been going to Dr Nelson for 20 years. He is an exceptional doctor. He has taken care of every issue I have had. He takes the time to listen and you never feel rushed. He gives all my questions, no matter how trivial, his full attention. His staff is also GREAT!
