I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
