I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

Dr. Mason is very thorough in his examinations and explains everything to you. He is extremely personable, which puts you at ease. The staff tends to both your needs and his needs in a friendly and professional manner. After surgery/ies "He" calls to see how you are doing, how refreshing is that!

This doctor is wonderful. Got my son in right away for an injury, hardly a wait and the staff couldn't be more friendly. Spent time with me and my son and answered all my questions. It is hard to find great, caring physicians..but I got lucky!
