They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

Have had several foot surgeries with Dr. C Mason. He always made an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. He always listens to every question or concern I may have. He is kind and caring, and stays open past their closing time to help me when and if necessary. I know I can always count on Dr. C Mason. The staff was also courteous and kind when you come in for a visit - never rude. Great doctor and great staff.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their friendly demeanor and positive attitude really made my experience exceptional. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

I like Dr. Mason because he is not knife happy, he will try most every procedure to be sure treatment will work before deciding surgery.
