Get the feeling that you are being scammed on your co-pays for follow-up visits. Incompentent front desk receptionist that gives you the run around as to why you have to pay a copay when your insurance company has told you that follow-up visits after surgery are already covered in your first co-pay. Says there is a 5 day followup window, then tells you it is really 10, then no it is 5, then schedules your appointments at 11 days or more, and you that you missed the window. The doctor actually got very upset when I had to schedule 7 days out because she couldn't charge me. Also, only doctor's office that I've ever been to that charges you your co-pay up front (before you go in for your appointment), or won't see you. Not recommended to go here!!
