When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
