They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

My daughter was a patient of Dr. Bhasin when she was a baby and she's 26 now. I'm so happy to be able to take my 13 month granddaughter to her. Dr. Bhasin is a great pediatrician. I was always happy how considerate and concerned they are for her well-being. Her staff is awsome. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I really appreciate the extra effort they make to make you feel special. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The restrooms at this office were very clean.
