Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Not at all! They were very encouraging and supportive
Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children?
No, they made everyone sit together

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. Whenever I've asked for more information about something I was wondering about, they've never made me feel like my question was irrelevant or stupid. They've always been very understanding. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
