They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

No, there weren't many to choose from

Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary
If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, there was no annoying music

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating.

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
