The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My child always seem comfortable in their care. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

All the equipment they use during check ups is safe and advanced, yet really kid friendly at the same time. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us.
