A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
