Great doctor,went to 3 other ENT doctors and they could not find out what my problem was, within 5 minutes of seing Dr Palmer he made the diagnosis ,did surgery 3 weeks later and now I am cured ,3 years

I was glad that the office was located in a safe and interesting neighborhood. I left the appointment feeling much better and quite pleased with my care. Dr..Palmer answered all of my questions and I felt very informed. . I was very, very satisfied with my visit here. The level of care was fantastic.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
