Services have been great they are helpful and kind, I love the fact that I never have to wait 45 mins to be seen.

My experience here was absolutely terrible. I had to wait close to 3 hours after my appointment time before I was seen. They didn't call me to warn me the doctor was running a few hours behind schedule. The staff was rude when I asked them how much longer it was going to be. They also go by who signs in first rather than appointment times.The staff was very rude and unprofessional. When I told the doctor about the way they treated me he just smiled and shrugged.

When I saw Dr. Rodriguez, after waiting so long, he spent less than 6 minutes talking to me and shrugged when I asked him questions and didn't give me a clear answer about anything. I did not feel like I was listened to by him. I felt disrespected by his staff. Overall it is a very uncaring environment with a poor doctor.

I'm 5 months pregnant and have been seeing Dr. Rodriguez since finding out that I was pregnant. The staff here is very friendly, the office is very clean and easy to locate, the parking is very bad since it's next to Holy Cross Hospital! Street parking is usually always taken so just prepare to pay for parking. One thing I do hate about this office is that they don't have their own lab to do bloodwork and necessary tests, instead they will send you to a private lab that is also located in the same building but it's just a hassle having to wait there as well! Office wait time at Dr. Rodriguez's office usually varies, I get called in pretty quickly but end up waiting almost half an hour inside the room for him, and when he finally does come in he's very quick and answers my questions pretty briefly, which I don't like. He's affiliated with two hospitals in the area; Holy Cross and Valley Pres. Overall I would give this doctor three stars because I think as a Doctor he needs to come across as more caring and attentive, He is an older man but just seems really tired and slow. Still not sure if I will be changing doctors.
