I rarely will go out of my way to write a negative review based on an experience at a doctor’s office. My mother works in a surgical center and I’ve witnessed firsthand how chaotic and busy the offices can be. With that being said, I am compelled to write this, because I have experienced so many (countless) negative experiences at this office and it has become such a consistent issue that I FEAR for other patients who could be in more desperate/dire situations and are looking for a good Doctor’s office to commit to. One experience I’ve had at this office was switching medications, Breast Cancer runs in my family and I am weary about what medications/birth controls I will be prescribed. I’ve explained this to my physician and apparently it has been “Put in my file.” I needed to change my BC and tried for over a week to get in touch with my Doctor. I would call, leave voicemails, leave messages (taken by the nurses), and finally, after 10 days, my Doctor returned my call. Let me say that again, 10. DAYS. 10. DAYS TO HAVE MY DOCTOR RETURN MY PHONE CALL. There is NO excuse for a Doctor to take that long to respond to a patient’s request for contact. PERIOD. Then I find out that one of the nurses took her pad, and wrote the prescription for me (for the BC I was calling to discuss weird symptoms on). THE NURSE STOLE HER PAD? AND WROTE A PRESCRIPTION/CALLED IN A PRESCRIPTION FOR ME? WHAT. NOT ONLY IS THAT UNETHICAL, BUT ISN’T THAT DANGEROUS? RED FLAG. RED FLAG. The Doctor apologized, and foolishly I thought “what the hell, I’ll just stay on this.” So. I called this week, to speak to my doctor. I called three times. No one answered. It’s 2:30, 2:45-3:00 pm, why is no one answering? Then finally 3:30pm, a nurse answers, I ask her to have the Doctor return my call. “PLEASE HAVE HER CALL ME IT’S IMPORTANT.” 24+ hours later, still no phone call. DO. NOT. BOOK. AN. APPOINTMENT. HERE. FOR YOUR SAKE/YOUR SANITY AND YOUR HEALTH.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their staff was friendly enough. They take the time to listen to me. They seemed to care about me and what I have to say. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.

The Doctor is Great, however the staff makes it impossible to work with. I was scheduled an appointment to review birth control options, decided on the IUD, the doc advd it should only take a few weeks. It took the staff two weeks to just submit the request to my insurance, which was approved within a week, I called to check on the status a month after my initial appointment and they told me that they probably ordered it and it should get there within a few days and they would call me, ANOTHER month later I called to follow up and they said they don't know what happened and that I have to call back the following day. On top of that, they kept putting me on hold and the girl would come on the phone and say "oh I was helping you" she totally forgot she kept putting me on hold. At this point, I want to change doctors and submit a complaint to my medical group.

Dr. O went above and beyond. I have never had a Dr. sit with me for so long to find out everything about my history and how my pregnancy was going. If I had any fears she calmed me down and gave me facts.
Dr. O can be blun,t but it is honest and is facts that need to be heard. She did a great job with my labor. This will be my OB for now on. She is skilled and talented. I have referred several people already.

ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT SHES AMAZING . THE ONLY DOCTOR THAT HELPED ME OUT . SHE SAVED MY MOM AND MY SELF . SHE HAS HANDS FROM GOD . MARY IS ALWAYS SMILING AND ALWAYS TRY HELP NOT TRYS BUT SHE ACTUALLY DOES . HER STAFF IS AMAZING . TANYA THE NURSE IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS HAS A SMILE ON HER FACE . MARY IS THE ONLY DOCTOR THAT I KNOW WHEN THEY PAGE PAGE SHE WILL CALL YOU BACK ANY TIME OF THE DAY . I AM SO HAPPY THAT I FOUND HER .
